Went in with a shopping list of items, was helped by a man who later realized the items I needed were only available online--AFTER he took 45 minutes to look for them. Effort appreciated, by holy heck--he was looking for something that didn't exist. I was on my lunch. Furious when leaving. 2nd trip I got something faxed, which ended up being $10 for 4 pages. I called my potential employer to see if they received my faxed resume--they got half of it, and their fax machine had plenty of paper. I asked for a refund and got none because "they don't offer refunds on faxes." I understand a policy like that, but seriously? You won't make any effort to right your wrong? Was on my last thread so I walked out and ate the wasted $10 (and potential job).
There is no element of customer service at this store. Avoid at all costs if you will need assistance when visiting.
