**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**

We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system 5 yrs ago & they did a good job. We used them annually as our maintenance & check-up to meet our warranty T&C's..but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.

Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once & got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees & Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call & get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr "Gold Warranty" that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms & conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called & was rude to me when I called. Told me my warranty didn't cover the work before even knowing my address & pulling my acct!! BBB case is open to try & resolve
