Very nice place: half priced apps and drinks between 5p-7p helps with the pay check at the end of the night too.

The pulled pork sandwich was delicious: the house burger was even better. And I never thought I'd say it but the Coleslaw was amazing (Napa cabbage I believe).

I'm writing this while sitting in the Dallas restaurant which I frequent quite often; actually as recently as last week.



The service exhibited by one of their waitstaff, Eric, was and is highly unacceptable. He was not willing to ask the bartender to make a drink based off my specifications. Mind you, a drink I order EVERY week. His words verbatim, "...that's not possible!" He then proceeded to have a verbal exchange with me only to interject his comments into the conversation I was having with my sister and proceeded to tell me LOUDLY, "I didn't have to be there!" After running around the restaurant talking loudly, he felt the need to tell his manager, Stephanie, I cursed him when in all actuality I was cursing in a conversation I was having with my girlfriends.



Mind you, this was NOT the first time he has exhibited or shown RUDE behavior to customers frequenting your establishment and on several times I've witnessed his behavior first-hand.
