HORRIBLE customer service! My daughter brought her shoes here and three days later went to pick them up... they hadn't done a thing to done and her shoes were now torn from the heel. They refused to take accountability and wanted to charge her for fixing them. She said had my shoes been torn, I would have said please glue them also. But nope! They simply refused the make the situation better. Another customer even commented on how terrible and wrong it was and their lack of customer service. I sent her because they had done a decent job at repairing a pair of boots from me but they ended up making my daughter cry and lose a beautiful pair of shoes! AVOID this place if you want to be treated like a customer!

I brought in my Tecnica ski boots because the sole was pretty much off. I picked them up a few days later and they look great!

Highly recommended; honest, excellent work, completed at or before promised time, and available by phone with reliable information regarding status of work.
