This company gave me a great price to replace the windsheild in my 2008 Scion tc. When the glass tech got here on Monday, I was told that it would be an additional $20.00 to replace the weather stripping around the windsheild. That upset me because when I am given a price that includes all accessories, I consider weather stripping to be an accessory. The tech that came out to do the work was very messy, he got black caulk on the interior and exterior of my car and all over the windsheild and didn't clean the windsheild after the work was complete. On Tuesday I noticed that the windshield was rattling so I called them back regarding the issue and was told that it could not be fixed until the next day which was Wednesday and was asked to call on Wednesday and make an appointment. I told her calling back tomorrow to make an appointment was not acceptable and would like to make the appointment over the phone now. So, when she called me on Wednesday to let me know that the same tech was coming to caulk the inside of the window I told her that I didn't want the same tech to come out due to his work ethics and she told me that they would have another tech come out on Thursday to fix the problem, by 2pm on thursday I had not heard from the company.
