ABSOLUTAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO FRANCÉS SANDOVAL; I absolutely do not recommend Frances Sandoval! The business practices of Pronto Tax are SHADY. My boyfriend trusted his tax returns to her and in 2012 she falsified his attendance at college when he never went to college. He did not know and subsequently the IRS has requested more than $2000 of back taxes he didn't even know he owed. What kind of shady businessperson puts their customers at risk for trouble with the IRS? Who knows how much dishonesty she's been pulling for years? I'll pass... So should you...
