Amazing company. Really easy to get in touch with, and their customer service is great. Refreshing to not have a customer service department ruin my entire day, and actually fix a problem!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with QCD. I just recently had to have some dental work and for the first time I set out to use this plan that my company provides its employees. I did not know a lot about it but a fellow co-worker suggest I call Sedrick in the DFW QCD office. I can not say enough how refreshing it was to have someone on the other line so eager to help me through this process. He walked me through getting my expected costs, then he broke them down for me and explained exactly what the dentist would charge, what QCD would reimburse me, and even helped the dentist put in the right codes so I would be reimbursed my full amount. Sedrick made this experience for me an easy one, but more importantly I knew I had someone in my corner looking out for me. I had a lot of dental work and did not come out of pocket much at all after what QCD reimbursed me for. All I can say is this was an awesome experience for me. If you're looking for quality, affordable dental and vision benefits QCD of America is the best company to work with. I was referred there by a life-long friend and HR manager for a contracting company. My employees have never complained about the benefits packages they offer. The White Plan is the best I've ever had! Every employee I have been in contact with is happy and ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

We purchased this service and low and behold a week later yet another rep was gone. That made for 3 since we started

woking with them. They are liars, liars, liars and I HATE to say that. upon my recomendation we purchased this product from this company.



Once they got a check we never recieved a phone call back, or even the paperwork to get info into the system.



I read they are going out of business and if you go to their website they have only ! person working for them!!!!





It's your call but I would never buy from this company!
