Stay away from this j@ckass. I was cheated. Robert couldn't diagnose what turned out later to be a bad tank of gas. He charged me $350 for installing a new part that I didn't need. The next repair guy showed me the part WASN'T new and suggested I confront Robert on it. Robert made all kinds of promises to call the other repair guy and refund the fraudulent work, even admitted his techs weren't the best. In the end I had to spend an additional $1200 for hotels and rental cars, and I never got so much as a dime back from Robert.

The worst part was having to sit in his lobby all day and listen to this guy talk about his alcohol arrests, and give the same nonsense to each customer --- that he had spent way more time on the project than he was charging for. Yeah, cuz his techs are bad?

Very honest and good work. They don't fix what aint broke. Another shop wanted over $300 to fix a brake problem, but though I told Knapps what they said needed to be done, he charged me only $20 to bleed the lines and the problem was solved! My business goes to him from now on!
