Crazy liars we waited for 2 HOURS to have them come and unlock our car. They told AT&T it would be 60 minutes but they told my husband it was going to be 30 minutes. They told AT&T they were stuck in traffic at 9pm but they told my husband they stopped to help someone else. They told AT&T my husband gave them the wrong address but they told my husband they were down the street. They told AT&T they were pulling into the parking lot & they were nowhere to be seen. Meanwhile my husband is waiting at a gas station at 9pm with his keys locked in his car and the engine running. STAY AWAY! Ask your roadside who they are sending and if it is Rapid Roadside Rescue ask for someone else.

STOP STOP STOP DONT USE THIS COMPANY . This guy name Eric came out to jump start my car and didnt have any paper to give me a recite? Then tells me he going to e-mail me one so I can get my money back from my insurance? Well I never got one? I called so many time he finally picked up when i used another phone and clames to be some one else.lol Like I was born yesterday? He promesis to call me back and have Eric send the invoice? I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK AND THEY NEVER PICKED UP MY CALLS I gave this guy my money in cash. well that showed me a lesson. DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!RAPID ROADSIDE RESCUE & TOWING -LOCATED IN PRESTON RD,- DALLAS TO ANY ONE. NO WAY TO MUCH MONEY NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! SORRY NEVER AGAIN.
