I would always feel very relaxed and calm afterwards.When I was preparing for a Triathlon, I would get full massages and it really helped with my recovery and wellbeing. It was essential for my training.Relax and Heal was extremely fair on pricing and would change schedule around whenever it was most convenient for me. I felt like all the time was for me, not a "hurry up because I have more clients" mentality like I received at some other places.Overall: very straight forward, professional, and effective.
