WARNING WARNING !!!
MONDAY- Took phone in to replace charge port at 11am. They didn't have the part, but assure me that it can be shipped in to arrive same day with a quote of about $54 and 30 minute repair. Could not leave my cell there because they were out of the paperwork, so they could not provide me with any receipts for payment or cell. Asked to return next day.
TUEDSAY-- No part, due to it not being ordered on time. Still can not leave cell due to no paperwork available. Asked to return next day to be given 10% discount for having to come in 3 times. Part will be there for sure.
WEDNESDAY- No part, No paperwork, No service. Plus I walk in behind another customer trying to convince Serv rep, he had already paid for the repair. Cust mentioned, 'it had been so long the phone had been there.' Then 2nd cust serv rep walked in and remembered cust had paid. THERE AINT GONNA BE NO THURSDAY.
Took it somewhere else.
