I was delivered the wrong bed and couch. I couldn't even sleep on the bed because I had to leave the plastic on. Sherry lied and told me the bed she sent me is more comfortable and expensive, which is false because it was hard as a rock. I wanted what i paid for. They told me I would have to wait a week for the furniture I paid for, and they would throw in 2 complementary memory foam pillows worth "$300". I found them for $20 online. On the date of delivery I called and she said it would be 2 more days, because they have my bed but not my No communication skills. After hanging up on me twice, I asked for a refund, and she agreed to have it delivered that day. The owner Sherry knows NOTHING about how to handle disgruntled customers, she hangs up on them, and needs to really get it together. She also pulls the "STORE CLOSING" and then a week later "GRAND OPENING" gimmic. If you go in talk to Rob, he will give it to you straight, and avoid Sherry! She will lie, and always has an attitude!
