Bought a 18k engagement ring--returned it and was promised a refund within three days--its been 18 days and I can not get anyone from the store to return a call or even pick up without hanging up on me--hate to say this but as crazy as it sounds it appears they have no intention or giving me either my money or the ring....and the cherry on top is fiance ended it since I didn't propose by an agreed upon date. So I am out my money and my wife...thanks, Robbins Brothers I really owe you one for all you have done for me
