Got a car from this place and was a piece of crap something would always go wrong with it and when i would take to get fixed or even ask to get it fixed the guy that sold me the car his name is nelson would say the mechanics didn't know how to do that type of work..seriously?? just admit the car u sold me was bad.
i only kept it six months and returned the car because i was tired of always having to bring it back i mean the car looked nice but i always had to bring it back for repairs and when i would even get it back it was worse then when i brought it in.
SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
BAD customer service BAD management just bad everything and also they don't know what they're talking about when u ask something about the car all they want to get is the money then let u deal with the cars problems yourself.

The WORST salesman in Dallas, they are unknowledgeable, unprofessional and unsuccessful. It's not $99 down, what you will pay for a down payment would be the cost for a new car. One of the salesman hung up in my face because he couldn't take the pressure of talking to a Salesman... every car they have was just bought and never fixed, and they will sell it for a high price and you won't notice it until it's time to sign the documents. They are unwilling to help if you have issues with your car.

I am hoping to resolve the issues. How ever so far I am not happy. I am thinking of calling DOT. The csr wouldn't past inspection first place. Second place they sent me put sticker on it but no print out psper eork. I am thinking of calling attorny lemmon laws. It has 2 issuess. One transmission 4 gesr ratio incorrent 2 catalyst not ready EVAP NOT READY. After I go yo second plscecthese vodes still come up. It could not have pasted inspection. It is at transmission dhop right now.
