Friendly but extremely busy with holiday traffic and under stress sometimes a little curt and short with senior citizen who HAS been a plus member over 20 yrs and slow understanding or comprehending as before. Stressful time of year for all at late date understandable.

Have a good time at this location and workers are helpful ,courtious and nice.

I called trying to find out if the tire dept was open the same hours as the store. It rang and rang until the phone just disconnected. Apparently, Sam's does not care enough about customers to answer their phones. Makes me wonder if I want to keep my card if Sam's has this attitude about customers.

I was recently in this store and had a positive outlook on the experience I was about to have as I entered. I was totally wrong. It was as if everything I needed was out off stock, or needed to be brought down with a forklift. I approached the service desk to ask for help in clothing, and they made me aware that there were 3 people working in that section at the time all of whom were on break at the same time. The only helpful person was the black gentleman with the ponytail. He was very knowledgeable about the store and offered to help me find everything I was looking for. I don't know how but some how I energy up buying a tv from what I believe was the area he worked in. Besides that I will probably never shop there again.
