CLOSED NOW - Opens at 10:00am

I bought 4 tires and then they wouldn't change them because of 1 lug nut...i had 19 of 20 lug nuts. I was told they would set aside my 4 tires and i rescheduled.

Two days later i go back. They had only 3 tires. They had sold one of my tires.

They may believe in first come first serve, But since i purchased the tires(they had my money)..i consider that still first come.

They shouldn't have sold my tire. They dont expect people to get mad.

I went into the Optical Center of this Sam's Club. The Optical employees don't greet you or try and help you. The just looked at me and ignored me as if i was invisible. I grabbed some eye frames and sat at their desk. The Optical Employee who wasn't busy just looked at me and was looking at his co-worker's computer. The female Optical Employee was busy but he wasn't. I bet if i was a size 10 blonde with a bikini, he would have gladly asisted me. So i got up left the eye frames on their desk and walked out. This was on 07-01-18 at around 4pm. This was Horrible experience.

This is a very racial store went for an interview and the managers know I was waiting and took them 2 hours to finally call my name they were ignoring me should not have called me in for a interview .
