Great experience. I bought a daily deal on Living Social and thought it was tremendous. Started with a Visia skin analysis and learned more about the condition of my skin in 30 minutes than I would have thought possible. Laurence took her time and patiently answered all my questions. The vibradermabrasion was both pampering and theraputic. My skin had a healthy glow when I left. I have been to several medspas and Serena MedSpa is the best experience I have had by far.

I visited this spa for some derma fillers and botox. The owner was from the middle east and obviously has his dislikes in terms of people he serve. But, he was not too prejudice to take advantage by not delivering the service promised. The botox was over diluted and the nurse who administered the dermal filler was just totally inexperienced. When I called back to complain that the botox did not work after the initial 3-4 day period and that the dermal filler was administered all wrong; first, the receptionist told me to come back whan she and the nurse would be there alone. She stated no one else would be there, not even the owner. I had read that this is the way they handle bad service. When I returned Cheryl admitted that with 5 units of botox under each eye, I should not be able to squint. She also said she would try to fix the dermal filler problem. After this the problem was worse than before. She referred me to a dentist to, get this, (KB) to fix a dermal problem she caused. I since learned that a plastic surgeon has to be present at all times dermal fillers are injected. There is a plastic surgeon listed on their website, but he is never there, or at least he was not there during my visit. I feel this man is a total ripoff and need to be put out of business. And, also doctors do not need to loan their name to these third rate salons in the name of CAPITALISM OR CAPITALIST PIGS.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I have been a loyal client of Serena Med Spa for the last year and I was shocked and disappointed to find out the owner Karim is such a con artist. I recently learned from an employee that he has been using botox and fillers that are not FDA approved without informing his clients just to save a buck!!! He also forces his nurses to do procedures that they are not properly trained for putting his clients at great risk. His entire staff walked out on him because of his shady business practices and the mistreatment they received under his direction. Everytime I go in there I find that it's an entirely new staff because nobody in their right mind can tolerate Karim's antics. If you or anyone you know is a client of Serena, I stongly suggest that you find somewhere else to take your hard earned money. I'm going to make it my mission to post this review as many times as necessary to inform consumers of the fraud I experienced at Serena. VERY UNSATISFIED CLIENT
