Provided by YP.comI gave a star because I had to in order to post. Stay away from these people. I informed Lowe's that they should stop using them because it will eventually cause Lowe's to get a bad reputation for being unreliable. I wasted an entire day for them to show and Lowe's had to call because they will not answer the phone for anyone else. The claimed they were running late so I continued to wait for another two(2) hours. I finally called Lowe's back and asked for someone else. This new company picked up the phone on the third ring and spoke to me for abut 10 minutes and apologized that this happened to us. They also said even though it would be a week before our appointment, they would try to get to us if anyone in our area cancels between now and our appointment. If you have a Lowe's repair and they give you the name of this company, be like Nancy Reagan and " just say no". Ask for a different company because Lowe's works with at least two others. Good luck.

Provided by YP.comI agree with everyone. They never answer the phone. They came out the first time to take a look at my dishwasher, then a second time to replace the panel, now I'm waiting for a 3rd time because they broke the lock when they installed the panel. These guys should be put out of business. Zero stars.

Provided by YP.comThey never even made it to the house. Lowe's Service center set me up with a next day appointment to look at my dryer under warranty. About 3 hours after that call, I recieved a call from someone telling me "the appointment is wrong, we can't be out for at least ten days, and too bad on you if that's a problem".
I looked up the number that had called me, it tied back to a hair salon. Attempting to call back resulted in a "disconnected number" type busy signal.
So I called Lowe's Service center back and politely requested another contractor, communicating precisely WHY I have no interest in dealing with this particular company.
If there is one thing I have no patience for, it's a business that has absolutely no basic respect for customers.

Provided by YP.comA copy of an email I just sent them:
I had called your company because the service technician from the LG Manual referred your number to me. So I Called your company on 6-22-15 at 10:05AM to have a service technician come out. I tried to describe the problem to the person answering the phone and he stated he could not give me an estimate or even diagnose it over the phone, but could only schedule a repairman to come out for a flat fee of $150 to diagnose the problem and all the labor was included and there is additional fees for parts. So I agreed. The appointment was made for Wednesday between the hours or 8am-noon. The repairman (his number (575) 442-2380) finally called at 12:17pm saying he was running behind because of a flat tire. The repairman showed up at approximately 12:40pm in a car with no parts to fix the washer. I had already pulled the rear panel off of the washer, disconnected the hoses, drain the machine and moved it away from the wall for the repairman to have access to the washer machine. All the repairman did was plug the washer back in the wall and pressed a few buttons to have the washer spin to diagnose that the motor was out (which took approximately 10 min for it to cycle). From there the repairman called his dispatch and said that the part was not in stock and that they should have it in 1-2 days and come back out. He said that the $150 should cover the repair since the motor was still under warranty and that the motor only takes about 15min to install and is fairly simple. I then wrote him the check for the bill. And he left before 1pm.
At 8:15am a person called me from your department stating it will be an additional $50 to install the motor, which I reluctantly said, " okay whatever" because I was in the middle of doing something and didn't fell like questioning him at the time. So at 9:40am I started to call Service Infinity Solutions (aka - Tech Pro Plus Dallas) back. I finally got a hold of someone at 9:59am. I tried to get valid answer why I was being charged more for the repair when I was quoted $150 initially for the repair. Unsatisfied with his explanation I'm email you guys in hopes of a better response.
Overall I'm not impressed with my service so far. The person who scheduled the appointment couldn't help me with an technical questions and wrote down the symptom wrong after I described to him that the washer was not turner on spin cycle and making a grinding noise. The symptom was listed as "unit not draining" which sounds like a generic response. My Last name is spelled wrong which I'm pretty sure I spelled out for him (again - sloppy work on the initial callers end). The service technician calling me after the appointed time and arriving late. Not being able to fix it in an expedient time manner especially after trying to explain the problem to the call taker. I understand the part not being in stock. But when the customer explains the problem to the call taker, the call taker could then give the technician an idea of what parts to bring to fix the problem in a timelier manner. And then calling me to say it will be an additional $50 after I agreed to $150 and the parts being under warranty.
It has been a week and my washer is still not fixed.

Provided by YP.comUnbelievably horrible customer service! Do not hire, run the other directions. I felt compelled to warn others because this outfit is listed on LG's website as an authorized repair provider. First off, they never answer their phones. I called twenty six times from Wednesday to a Friday and the phone would ring and ring endlessly until either they would pickup and hang up on you or a machine with a message so garbled you couldn't understand it would pick up. They sent a repair person to 'investigate' the problem with my LG washer and I was told it needed all sorts of replacement parts. I was required to pay them money at the time of the visit. I also asked if I could overnight the parts to speed things up and I was told they did that anyway. This was on a Monday. I started calling them at the end of the day on Wednesday to see if the parts arrived and no one answered once again. I kept calling every day, all day until some one answered several days later. I was informed the parts hadn't arrived. When I asked about the overnight shipping he ignored the question and said they would call when the parts came in. Nobody called for another week. I started to call again over and over with nobody answering for several more days. I finally got someone and he said they were still waiting for parts. Another week went by and I called again. This time they had the parts (nobody had called) and I scheduled an appoint from 1-5PM for the repair. I live in a secured high-rise with a concierge who handles all deliveries and maintenance service people and they were informed and a parking pass was issued and waiting for the service tech to arrive. I received a phone call at 1:08PM while I was up on a ladder and by the time I got to the phone he had hung up. I called the number back moments later and he refused to answer the phone. He also did not leave a message. I continued to call the number over and over and he refused to ever answer. I called the main office again and to my shock they actually answered the phone for a rare change. That person told me that the repair guy showed up and the concierge refused to let him in and that he called several times and I didn't answer and that the concierge called several times and I didn't answer. This was simply not true and I never got more than one call which was returned within seconds and none from my concierge. When I called the concierge she said no one had come in and that she still had his pass waiting for him to show up. When I explained that to the main office he ignored the information and told me (15 minutes after the guy was supposed to be at my place repairing my unit) that he could reschedule him two weeks from today. I demanded that he call him back and have him honor his four hour appointment time with me and he refused and just kept repeating the two week appointment time. It was unacceptable to me to wait that long so I asked if I could have the parts and hire someone else that would show up. He refused to give me the parts and refused to issue a refund. They basically stole hundreds of dollars from me, refused to honor the appointment times and even lied about the whereabouts of the repair technician and the delivery times. I have been totally ripped off by these people and now am going through small claims court to attempt to get my money back. SHAME on LG for listing them as an authorized repair provider. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service! They never answer their phones. Unfortunately I was sent to the company to repair my LG dishwasher by LG, since it was still under warranty. The tech has been here 2 times and apparently can't figure out the correct diagnosis. Then today they were suppose to come for the 3rd time with another part, which who knows if it was the right one, and never showed up. However they claim he came and no one was home. I was here all day and the doorbell did not ring and no one knocked. I didn't receive a phone call saying he would be here within 15 mins like I had the times before. They also claim he left a note on the door. No note...I even checked the yard to make sure it didn't blow away. Now they say they have no one available for 5 more days! Refuse to work me in even though it was there fault and I really believe they are lying about the tech being here anyway. I will not buy another LG product since it seems to be a major problem getting them fixed if they break! I have not had a dishwasher in over 2 weeks! I would definitely not recommend this company.
