They are not even worth one star. Kept my whole security deposit of 1895 and demanded an additional 849 for damages done to the property, most was preexisting, They even took a black light to the rug and pointed out every pet stain in the rug. How can they make such a claim when i know for a fact that the previous renters had two pets. Tried to call to reason with them and they would not even return my call. As far as customer service, left me one month without a refrigerator, had to make repairs to the fence because of rotting posts. Just have to say if I had the time I would take them to small claims court!

Sheldon has terrible customer ...

Sheldon has terrible customer service. We rented a property from them in the summer. In the Fall, we were told we had to pay to fix a gas leak the gas company found when they came to hook up the gas. Our family suffered in cold for days while we proved this was their responsibility. They hung up on us on more than one occasion. We then had to argue intensely to get any reasonable amount of our deposit back. After Sheldon withheld $200 for carpet stains we produced a receipt showing we had the carpets steam cleaned after we moved out. We feel they use very nit-picky items to withhold large sums of renter's deposits. WATCH OUT for this company and do not do business with them.
