It is apparent that the office has no idea how to service it's customers! My wife had a sleep study here, we were then told to wait 7-10 business days to schedule an appointment to go over the results. 10 days pass so we call several times just to receive no answer. At this point we were understanding to the fact that it is a place of business and not all calls can be answered by a live operator. We then left a message hoping to hear back from someone soon. Three days later we receive a call from the office. A kind young lady explained to me that my wife's results had "still not been read yet" and she would not be able to tell me when they would be. Here we are 13 days from when we should have been given the results and now I was being told I would have to wait even longer. I tell her that, that was fine and to just be sure to call me as soon as the results were in. Fast forward, two weeks later we had still not received a call. My wife calls to see what the hold up is, and another young told her she would have to go check the chart to see if they had the results. She then put my wife on hold to go check said chart. After waiting on hold for more then ten minutes my wife hung up and called back. A young man answered this time, she again explained our situation. The gentleman said he could help and that he didn't have to put us on hold. He looked over our chart and then tells us, "your study has been ready since June 5". (2 days after she had it done) At that point I was more than upset, we asked the young man to forward the results to my primary doctor and never looked back! My advice, don't use this place!
