If you want an oil change or your fluids checked, this is your place; however if your vehicle requires in-depth engine work i would advise you to take it somewhere else. The on duty mechanic incorrectly installed a waterpump on my car and then told me that the reason it was still leaking was I needed to spend 220 dollars on a new part. I took my car home and had to install the pump correctly myself. When I took the car back to them with no leaks and asked for a refund I was Met with a "tough-luck resistance. After spending $475 you would think that the manager would refund the price of the water pump, but instead I was told that they would then be out of the price of a water pump.I'll never forget the words of the manager when Iasked for a full refund: "Well, seems like you did us a favor!! All in all the mechanic did a poor job and then the manager took his side, poor customer service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Dallas .Tx
