I used this company to manage a small 8 unit building in Dallas. Initial coverage of my building was average although the documentation regarding rents and expenses was always late. In the last year the company dropped the ball and failed to turn over apartments finally failing to collect rent for two months. I had to move my building to another company at a significant loss. TXPMG couldn't even produce the leases for the current tenants. Stay away from this company for any type of business.

I have utilized property management groups in the past and was not happy. I utilized TPMG, and was overwhelmed with the superior services that they provided. Will recommend them to anyone who's goal is not to be just another person trying to rent or buy. But someone who is looking for a company that has the client best interest first.
