Provided by YP.comThey keep a very wide variety of items in stock for the games he carries. Games Workshop (Fantasy and 40k/30k), Wyrd, Privateer Press, Steamforged Games, Corvus Belli and that's just the lines I know and play. Outside of those, they're more than happy to get special requests from the companies they do AND don't stock for their customers. They ordered some of the Knight Minis for the Marvel game in for a friend of mine. Go check them out and on top of everything else their prices are some of the best around.

Provided by YP.comsadly i was disappointed with the selection of Fow minis, i was alos disappointed with the customer service of the employee i dealt with. first off the selection of Fow is spread out by nationality to make it look like they have more which spreading out is fine but not when you see how it is merchandised. they had no box sets of resin metal ( my preference) and when asked the store employee said "people ike the plastics" this made me feel like the employee didnt consider me a person, and whenever i asked a question the employee didnt seem like he wanted to answer it or even deal with me.
sadly i cannot recommend this place based on my first impression and experience.

he local pricing for Texas Toy Soldier is solid at 25% off list for many games BUT they run a web site that is 30% off and will not honor the prices in the store. Items that show in stock on the web site are not in stock in the store, in fact stock levels are typically low and missing even some of the most basic components. He can get stuff within a couple of days if he doesn't have it, but so can I - it's called Internet ordering. The real kicker was when my buddy, who placed a $500+ order over the internet, asked if he could pick it up locally (after paying shipping) and was told "I didn't set this business up for local customers to order online". When asked point blank if he realized he was screwing his local customers by charging them more the owner basically admitted it and offered no regrets at all. I understand if he won't honor is online prices in the store. It's rare in this day and age and arguably a horrid business decision, but it's his to make. What really pushed me over the edge is that he admitted that he takes advantage of his local customers and advertises items he doesn't have. The absolute kicker, though, was when he sat on the $500 order for days saying "I didn't have time to get to it". He was clearly annoyed that a local customer wanted to pick up his order, even though it would have saved him at least another $10 in shipping since shipping is flat rate regardless of order size. All that over a gross $25 revenue difference, probably net $15 or less after shipping. I've already spent $150 there and my buddy spent over $500 in the last two weeks. I've got much more to buy for my army and for my wife's army but it certainly won't be with them. Considering that their online prices are the same as everywhere else but I can get my packages faster from his competitors around the country than from the guy that's 15 minutes from my house. My next $100+ order will certainly be going elsewhere. And also, less relevant - the guy who works there when the owner, Allen, is not around, seems to be a complete tool. Each time I've been there it's like he's been put out to answer any questions or help find a product. When asked about the rumored Monday night Warmachine, he said "nobody ever really comes to play". My buddy said "I could bring a few guys if you want to get it started" and he didn't encourage or even seem to care whether he brought more active players into the store. Moral of the story - if you are willing to pay an extra 5% to a local store to get screwed harder than customers that don't come in the store than this is the place for you. If you can wait an extra two days to get your package in the mail I'd encourage you to shop elsewhere online, especially with the vendors that offer free shipping and price breaks for reward levels as you buy more, like coolstuffinc.com, miniaturemarket.com, trollandtoad.com, or even amazon.com. You will have a much better experience.

Provided by YPmobileWell stocked, knowledgeable, and AMAZING customer service and prices. I went there on a weekend trip to Dallas and was impressed with how well stocked the store was for the various miniature based games. I have been in contact since returning home to Shreveport and Allen has continued to be helpful and accommodating as I continue doing business via email.
