Buyers BEWARE!!! they sold me a LEMON!!



Bought a 2005 Volvo 670. Motor was cleaned good, parts spray-painted. After buying and putting it under a load, 1,000 miles later, ALL engine seals are leaking!!



Motor needs complete overhaul. This will cost around $20,000.00. I took truck back to Texas Truck Sales. They refused to repair. Hernan Najus (Sales Manager) and Ahmed Narsi (Owner) recommended bringing it to another shop.



Dropped off at LC Diesel Service in Houston. They invoiced Texas Truck Sales and they went and got the truck and said they were taking to another mechanic. I reported all this to the bank. 2 weeks later, bank called me and said truck was repaired and the owner purchased a 1 year warranty on the motor.



I picked up truck and was assured by Hernan Najus (Sales Manager) the truck was indeed repaired and good to go.I asked for list of repairs that had been done and was told they would fax to me.



After driving 250 miles, again.....leaking oil from all seals. All they did was clean up the motor again and make it look like it'd been fixed. I've been calling many times trying to get Hernan on the phone and to get these so called repairs faxed to me.



One of the times I got Hernan on the phone he said he was busy and hung up on me. These people are as crooked as they come.



I hope nobody ever has to go through this. If you still decide to purchase from here, get a DOT on the truck and have the truck put on a dyno and get an oil sample.

Waited 2 days for delivery of a truck from Houston to their Dallas location only to be told that it was sold 12 hours before the promised delivery. Yes they already had $5000 of my money for the truck and financing was already obtained. When I called to complain to Hernan in the Houston office he simply hung up on me and they would not put my calls through. They knew I was stuck in a hotel in Dallas waiting on this truck for 2 days. They did not tell me, the salesman, or the finance company they had sold the truck from under the contract they had with me. The company is owned by a Mr. Ahmed A. Narsi from what I've been told.
