I am so happy I saw Seymour and family. From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy! This was my fourth diamond dealer I visited and I'm so glad I went with them. I not only recommend The Diamond Broker for their selection, but I was able to get the perfect earrings at wholesale prices.

Very Disappointed With Quality and Craftsmanship

We had a custom sapphire and diamond ring made here. After two days, one of the diamonds fell out of the setting. They did replace the diamond, but told us it was because we were too hard on the ring. The diamond that they replaced it with was chipped and they hid this in the bezel setting. Overall the build quality was very poor. Customer service was also very poor, all smiles and jovial until we requested service on the ring. To avoid disappointment go to a different gallery.
