Problems at the Optical Shop. Called this morning asked the guy who answered if he could repair my daughter's glasses, phone slams down. Ok, I call back give the guy the benefit of the doubt. They are an E. Dallas biz and I support E. Dallas. Ask the guy, did you hang up on me? He replies "someone hung up on me twice". Me "it wasn't me, I called asking a business question, can you handle it?" Rude guy "obviously not" and slams the phone again. Crazy! Disappointing for an E. Dallas biz. Maybe he is a millionaire and doesn't need to sell glasses. GO ELSEWHERE!
