I would not recommend anyone to place their loved ones under their care. Our loved one is in the hospital because of the negligence that occurred while they were there. They developed more than 1 bed sore while there. They are the epitome of doing just enough to get by. Complaining to the DON or Administrator is a joke, they will find a way to excuse their staffs behavior, and may even blame the fact you're there and taking notice. Warning you because that was our experience. They say they are "skilled nursing" but not sure where they received that title because people are not trained properly on even caring for bedsores. RT comes once a day and usually middle of the night. Rehab staff was nice and caring so only positive thing I can say, but they do lack equipment. Our loved one is in the hospital and only because we made the call because they were sitting on their butt, braiding each others hair (no joke) while our loved one got worse. Negative stars I would give if possible.
