We highly recommend Abe and the team at Top Quality Fence. We used Top Quality to complete replace our home fence in 2000 and just used them again to redo our deck. Both times, Top Quality has been on time, on budget, used excellent quality wood and products, and provided a crew that was professional and considerate. Abe does a wonderful job of being flexible and accommodating requests. Also, Abe is great about following up during the project to ensure everything is progressing in a satisfactory manner. We will continue to use Top Quality for any fence/deck projects.

As someone who serves entrepreneurial companies as an investor and investment banker, I was highly pleased with the professional approach Abe and his team took. Tim exudes the highest caliber and integrity in his approach and Abe was very hands on throughout the project. Abe Esquenazi could not have done a more professional job. On our duplex, I needed them to install my special key pad locks for better security, done! I needed a design to match another fence, done. I needed to use an existing wrought iron gate system integrated into the fence, done. I needed someone who could please my wife's incredibly high expectation, done! I needed a price that was competitive with the three other bids for just the standard fence, done! Guess who is doing my fence next time? Top Quality Fence. Top Quality Fence completed the estimate, scheduling and completion of my fencing project in less than a week. The representative who did the estimate was very knowledgeable and able to give considerable help in deciding exactly what I wanted installed. Overall, I was completely and happily satisfied with all aspects of the project.

Tim Conley and his team at Top Quality Fence not only built us a beautiful 7ft tall cedar fence, but provided us exceptional and personalized service. Tim was available to answer our many questions around the clock , he listened to our needs and was very forthcoming with and knowledgeable about all our options. We are confident we couldn't have found a better team. We highly recommend him!

Abe spent a lot of time explaining what goes into a good wooden fence when he came over to talk to us. We got his quote by email and have several questions and modifications. All questions were quickly answered either by email or phone. When we made our final decisions and accepted the quote, I mailed in a 50% deposit check. Abe called to check if the materials could be delivered the day before work was to start, explaining that one garage door would be blocked. We OK'd that. Materials arrived on Weds. The 2-man grew arrived at 8 am Weds, It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing and started right in removing the old fence. Then they spent time verifying with us exactly where the fence line would be.



They finished up about noon on Sat, first walking the yard and picking up any debris. A great job!



On the following Weds we had a major storm -- lots of wind and branches blowing around. We could see other wood fences nearby swaying in the wind, but not ours (must be due to the 3' deep post holes sunk in cement).

I called for general information about fence materials and cost. The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. he was very helpful. He took time to not only explain installation but also gave me an idea of what it would cost. Of course completed estimate can only take place after measuring and product choices are made. i am very impressed with this companies professionalism. When it comes time to have my fence projected completed. This is the company I will use.

Top Quality lived up to their name. I highly recommend them. Their customer service was excellent. Abe, the owner was patient and always explained things to us in a clear way. The men who built the fence were very nice, and did an excellent job. Thank you Top Quality!

Top Quality Fence is great. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted in a fence. I had ideas, magazine pictures and budgets but nothing really jived. I also wanted to do as much of the work as possible myself, you know. Make sure I could still be a handyman and claim I didn't totally farm it out. I didn't think I'd have any chance finding a contractor that would allow me to do any of the work much less pickup where I left off when I got in over my head. Abe and Top Quality did exactly that. They helped me with the planning design and even gave me advice on the parts I did myself. When I got in over my head Abe sent over the crew to start where I left off and take it from there actually leaving me some requested detail finish work. He even helped me order the correct amount of material based on what I wanted to do myself so that I had everything necessary to finish the job after the guys finished their part. Not only did this save me hundreds but it gave me a lot of pride knowing I was able to do some of the work myself. The work his guys performed was truely Top Quality. They were in and out in two days and did a phenomenal job. Their follow up afterward was even outstanding calling to ensure I was happy with the work and able to do the detail items that I wanted to cover myself. He still follows up to ensure I'm happy with everything when we cross paths occasionally. Outstanding Quality and Exceeded Expectations all around. I recommend them to everyone I meet.
