Terrible customer service. Poor quality, and scam. I never complain about a company but I really feel like I have a moral obligation to do so with this one, as my experience was just plain, terrible. I placed an order for towels for my bridesmaids for our cruise wedding, I looked at several websites, which were cheaper and had designs I actually liked more, but decided to go with two funny girls after seeing a deal in which you could add bottle huggers that matched the towels for 2.50. My towels arrived, much more than the problem that the material feels like a baby blanket, is too thin and is worthless for use as a towel, was my experience dealing with the company when I discovered the bottle huggers that I purchased were not present with my order. I called and spoke with the company, and was told I didn't order them. It was only until I read my invoice to them which clearly showed that I ordered and paid for the bottle huggers, that they then told me it was a mistake on the website and that there shouldn't have been an option for the bottle huggers, and finally told me they would refund my money for the bottle huggers. Had I know this was a "mistake" before hand, I would have ordered with another product completely that I actually liked more, but I thought I was getting a deal with this one. I spent near $400 with this company, and am completely dissatisfied with the product, and more displeased with the customer service after their own mistake. I feel as though I was scammed.
