I have just now spoken by phone with TOMMY at the Medrano Station (8624 Ferguson Rd., Dallas, TX 75228-9998) regarding a redelivery. He was most helpful and went the extra mile in taking care of the problem. Put a feather in TOMMY'S cap. He's a credit to the USPS.

This place should be shut down. They don't do their job. It makes since why the postal service doesn't do well. A lot of my neighbors work from home and have complained about the same thing. I was supposed to receive a package. Very small one which woud fit inside my mail box but I received a notice from them saying the location of my house was not secure to leave it also it says that their was a notice left. I have security cameras all around. There was never any postal vehicles anywhere around. Plus I've lived here for over 50 years and FedEx and ups never have a problem finding my house. We think that the person who delivers the mail doesn't like their job so when they don't deliver the mail or letters. We as neighbors have to file a complaint 8 to 10 times a year. I'm sure most file more. It says to us that they are just to tired and don't want to work anymore. All this took place on a Wednesday at 4 pm. I see also thst a lot of postal centers only have a 3 or less on the star rating.
I won't use the postal service unless I absolutely have to.
