If I could give negative stars I would! The staff doesn't seem to know what customer service is and clearly does not care about you or your packages. For over 3 weeks I have played phone tag and been run in circles with this post office about a package that they claim they delivered but has yet to show up. They say they cant figure out who says they delivered it but when I personally went up to this location they claim they can find out. Nothing has been done and they never call back as they say they will. I will be perusing other options against this building and its employees ! Theft is a crime on any level and it seems as even the management is involved in some sort of cover up of its employees criminal hijinks.
