Bad Hair Cut and Bad Customer Service

I had a bad experiance here. Carmen did my hair. This was my second time coming to her. I went for a retouch and a trim. The color was lighter than the time before. She didn't write the color or anything down and claimed she could just eye the color. She rushed through the coloring process and the cut. I specifically told her to "TRIM" the ends. She, on the other hand, decided to cut the layers shorter and thin out my hair. She had my back to the mirror so as to not see what I was doing. It came out nothing like how I wanted it. She kept the salon really cold and when asked to turn down the A/C she said it was more than comfortable. After leaving the salon I decided to call the owner Nelly and she was even more rude than Carmen. I explained the situation to her and she acted as if it was my fault and that I didn't explain what I wanted specifically. I asked for a refund and she refused. What kind of customer serivce is this?
