Today was my second visit to this location, and I left feeling extremely upset and cheated. I had a syringe of Radiesse saved under my account, and made an appointment for today to use it. First of all, I was already feeling upset about the blood vessel the technician hit, and now I have a swollen cheek the size of a golf ball on my face. Then she has me hold an ice pack to my face while she leaves the room for a quite bit. Previously, we had spoken about a possible Belotero injection for the undereyes, but because of the gigantic swell on my face now, she advised it would be better to wait for the swelling to go down to decide on getting it or not. Then she tells me that she has some Radiesse left, and that she's going to thin it out with some "anti-bacterial water" or what not to inject into my smile creases. While mixing in the water, she asks if she can inject some Botox into my chin ... I say I rather not, and that I'm only interested in waiting for the under eye treatment once the swelling is down. Then she tells me that she has some still left, shows me the amount, and says that she will reserve it for me until my next appointment (to check up on the swelling). She escorts me to the front, I make my new appointment for the coming Saturday morning, and then the front desk receptionist says that I have a charge for a syringe of Belotero ... I say "umm, no ... we decided to wait off on that ..." and I walk back to the technician, and she informs me, "yes, we used a syringe of Belotero" ... Even after being confronted about a miscommunication, and even after my upset communication to the front receptionist that I had no idea about the Belotero because the technician NEVER directly asked me the ultimate question of "I want to go ahead and use some Belotero, is that okay with you?" just like how she asked me about the Botox (which I told her instantly, "No, I do not wish to use Botox on my chin"), the front desk receptionish did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to compensate for their miscommunication. I would've been less upset had she given me at least a discount for this mishap, but no, she charged me full price, and tried to ease me off with a complimentary microdermabrasion that they give away free as a marketing bait anyways. She obviously saw that I was upset, but instead of trying to compensate for this erroneous mistake, all the receptionist did was say "*shrugs, oh~ well~~ *smile". I feel terribly cheated, and now this clinic has lost my trust as a customer. And I can't help to stop assuming that this is how this clinic runs it's business, tricking people into paying for services that the customer never was aware of being utilized and never agreed to undergo.
