If you like driving through the apartments for at least 1 hour looking for a parking spot, or if you like paying out extra money for having your vehicle towed, or if u like giving away money to the leasing office because the can just add on fees, then please move in!
This property will charge u whatever they would like to, for their personal expenses. The crime rate here is ridiculous! Move on in if u wanted to be mistreated...

I have been here barely a month and my car has already been broken into. I didn't believe all of the horrible reviews and I feel like a fool cause they were spot on. This neighborhood looks nice but upon further inspection I have noticed it's filled with broke as#,ratchet,dart riding hoodlums who don't want to work for anything but instead want to steal what everyone works hard for. The office staff and neighbors are cool but that means nothing when they never have The gates working and there is no security. If you are like me and want to actually work and have nice things without worrying you will come outside to go to work and find someone has stolen all your belongings run. Just run from this entire neighborhood. The Richland college neighborhood to be exact. Do your research. I'm regretting not doing mine.
