Lamoreaux is an incompetent lawyer! I hired him on contingency to collect $75,000 from a former employer, and he was a complete and utter failure at collecting one cent. Since he was a failure collecting from them, Lamoreaux decided he would try to collect money from ME. It was a contingency contract and since he collected nothing - then he was entitled to nothing. He breached his own contract, was caught in a myriad of lies and mistruths - all of which were escalated to the Dallas Bar Association. He is a failure and should be avoided at all costs.

My family and I have engaged Mr. Lamoreaux on several matters including employment issues and family estate planning. Our results have been exceptional and his interest and attention to the matters were also exceptional, with very reasonable fees.
