Xenco Labs has been our go to lab for our environmental analyses for over 6 months. Whitney, who usually answers the phone, always brightens the day with her congeniality and professionalism and always very helpful in prepping lab kits and getting them delivered, usually same day. Kalei, our project manager is always a phone call or email (if she is not in the office) away. She was working with me on one project until 11:30 pm, through email. Greg (VP of Technical Service), is always very helpful and professional. They are not perfect, but when an issue arises, they fix it and make it right, before it causes a problem.
