PRESCHEDULED MY DAUGHTER 3:30AM PICKUP 2 DFW AIRPORT BUT DRIVER NEVER CAME & CSRs ON FOLLOWUP CALLS KEPT SAYING NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE & OR DRIVER ON THE WAY & REFUSED 2 GIVE DRIVER CELL#. THIS PHONE # & LOCATION DOES NOT LIVE UP 2 THEIR CORPORATE REPUTATION!

On TWO occasions recently I have had a 6AM scheduled pickup in Flower Mound for an early flight at DFW with a confirmation number that has been missed by 30 minutes!! The first time, the driver shows up 30 minute late with another fare in the cab - one of his "regular customers" who wound up paying nothing for his ride while I paid full fare - the second time I called at 6:05 the dispatcher said the cab was closeby - then at 6:15 and 6:25 I called with the same reply - almost missed our flight and no apology no refund - no nothing - They said the "do their best" to be on time - Don't use them if you really need to get there on time -

Arrived in Less than 15 minutes

The dispatcher was very friendly and cab arrived very quickly. I requested a van and they sent one just as I had asked. The driver was friendly as well!

Great service! I called in requesting a cab and in less then 10 minutes the cab had arrived to pick me up. Friendly staff. I would recommend this company to friends.

One Time BAD Service

My daughter who has health problems was left in the rain and heat after I was told on three occasions that a cab would pick her up in six minutes. After over 20-25 minutes still no cab had gotten to her. I was told well mam it usually takes 15-20 minutes has it been that long? Yes it had I told him. The I spoke to the manager which by this time I was MAD because my daughter kept calling and telling me she was extremely hot. Well the manager kelly came on the line with a bevey of excuses and in her eyes they had did no wrong at least she's getting picked up. That's not good enough for me. This woman talked down to me and she knew complete well what she was doing because as she told me if I didn't need the help I wouldn'tve called her.After I told her that I could spell she continued with her condecending attitude to spell each word as if to aggravate the situation even more. My daughter made it home and was sick for a couple of hour because of the heat. NOW that is bad customer service. NO apology was given! That's ALL they had to do was to apologize.
