I am new at Yoga, this is only my second class and I LOVED this place! I had been to another class before that was not at YogaSport and I was not as comfortable.

This place is totally awesome! If you are new like I was, they don't make you feel stupid when you don't know a pose. The instructor knew that I was new at this and she would continue the class while discretely showing me that pose she was referring to. That made me feel great as half the time I didn't know what pose they were referring to. I enjoyed the class, I was sore the next day and I can't wait to go back! I never thought I would say that!!

I must mention again that the staff is so sweet and nice, even the people who were there for yoga were nice. This is my yoga place!!



I have now signed up for their beginner workshop and again, incredible!!! They walk you through the poses and ensure you know how and the WHY you do the poses a certain way before moving on. So IMPRESSED and happy I found YogaSport!
