Gave them notice that we were interested in a new car, driving 7 hours 1 way to come see it. The car was not as advertised & the check engine light came on in the lot. We found a small scratch that we asked them to fix. The Gen Sales Mgr, Dennis, told us that "maybe we should buy elsewhere" because he "didn't think they would be able to bring it up to our standards." We were handed a paper plate for the test drive. We were given an insulting low-ball trade offer. Bill Martin, the New Sales Mgr, replied again "go buy elsewhere." Our sales lady, Barbara, went to her co-workers & started talking badly about my fiance & I within earshot. My fiance said he was going to write a 1 * review about the dealership. They asked us to leave. Bill called my fiance an "arrogant idiot" & followed us out the door, threatened my fiance to try to get him to fight, & threatened him with arrest. We are awaiting a response from M/Chevrolet corporate, we have both filed formal complaints.

Buying a vehicle from Barabara was the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had buying a car. I will refer her to all my friends and we will definitely be back for another.

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was relatively quick and I left happy. This is the norm for Young Chevrolet Service.

Had a large block of concrete fall off of a truck and pass under my pickup.Did a lot of damage under my pickup. Young Chevrolet repaired my pickup back to perfect condition.

2012 Shilavdo pickup would have been nice to get it washed with the service. And to know if it had any recalls to fix.

Bought a new 2015 Silverado 2500 HD from Jack, he did a great job and helped out a lot with everything. Great service!!
