Just wanted to share that we had the best experience getting living room furniture from Glatfelter Furniture! We looked at all the big name places in the area and weren't happy with the quality, pricing games, and lack of salesmanship. Jason was a knowledgeable and helpful salesman without being pushy. Because this company personally services everything they sell, they know what on the market is junk and refuse to sell it. I am pleased to be able to purchase 100% US made furniture from a local family business with excellent customer service. They were efficient and easily met our needs without games.



Glatfelter really went above and beyond! The delivery crew dealt with my snowy yard and driveway (very steep, icy, and difficult to drive up; they took the initiative to get material to put down so they could deliver on their second attempt). They happily grabbed a snow shovel when the original point of entry planned didn't work out.



There was a minor defect in the fabric of one of the chairs and Jason pleasantly and promptly brought us a brand new chair as soon as it was delivered to them. They took our word on it from an emailed photo. This was helpful in that I wasn't without a chair while waiting for a new one to arrive as I believe that I actually "should have" sent it back. Next time I need furniture, I will definitely be back and will be happy to send business their way!!

Gladfelter Furniture has been around for over 100 years the friendly service is beyond belief. It is truely a mom and pop store with quality merchandise.

I have been to this store on several occassions and have always had a positive experience. The store is family owned (a huge plus for me), not a large impersonal retailer. I think the customer service is excellent. All of the associates (family members) are friendly and patient and often offer good advice. I have made serveral purchases, will most certainly continue to shop at Glatfelter's and would not hesitate to recommend the store to friends and family.

Only there once and the owner seems hot headed and rude. Would not buy there and would not recommend to anyone! Selection not that great either.
