The Dalton High School offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs to more than 1,600 students enrolled in grades nine through 12. It teaches various subjects, including English, business studies, biology, chemistry, computer application, child development, social studies, Spanish, math, science and technology, family and consumer sciences, Web designing, industrial technology, health education, music, fine arts and physical education. The school has a fully equipped library and media center that has a large collection of books and offers various student research links and resources. It also offers career guidance and individual and group counseling sessions for students. Located in Dalton, Ga., the school is part of the Dalton Public School District.
