Took my big 55 inches Samsung tv in for repair, the man charged a small deposit to tell me what was wrong with it.
He had it fixed a couple days later, I’ll be using this place again if I have any tv issues.

Well as of now we dropped 2 tv's off to be repaired on Friday April 29,2016. Payed $50.00 to find out what's wrong with the tv's. No phone call from anyone, and when we call they want answer the phone.Today is May 11,2016.

They don't know what they are doing, don't answer their phone, don't call you. And they charge $45 for an estimate, Sears gives a free estimate and has it done in a couple of days, they have had my tv for a month.

They had my t.v. for a month and didn't bother to call us one time. They could not find a problem and sent it home. It acted up and we had to send it back to them with a dvd showing them the problem.
