Not sure about the case management team. They did not seem to understand the patient and family wishes at discharge. They announced that discharge placement would be one thing, and the patient and family requested something entirely different. Patient's family was in close contact with patient at all times. We were totally shocked. Patient's son left work to handle everything himself and got what the patient requested and needed. Always thought this hospital was great until now.

Caring staff and excellent doctors in labor & delivery and NICU! I highly recommend Hamilton Medical Center to anyone with a high risk pregnancy!
