My contractor purchased the Vision series vinyl planking to be installed in our newly renovated kitchen / dining area in October 2014. From the day it was installed the pieces did not fit together properly. The joints were much too tight which caused them to lift. My contractor and I have been trying to get someone from the company to send a rep to evaluate the situation for over a year now, with no luck. My contractor agrees after taking up a couple of the planks that the click joints were not engineered properly. My contractor and I have tried calling and emailing with no response; except for them telling me to send them pictures of the problem, which showed nothing. That said, they made a determination from the photos that there was nothing wrong. All we were looking for was to have a representative come to my home and help us solve the problem. This company not only has an inferior product but also the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY THEIR FLOORING.
