New Hope Elementary serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school teaches reading skills to elementary students through phonics instruction. Additionally, it conducts classes in art, music, physical education, library skills, science and computer applications. New Hope Elementary also has a library and media center that provides a variety of resources, such as books, journals, magazines and Internet access. The school operates fine arts, computer applications, and health and physical education departments. It has a staff that includes a psychologist, speech pathologist, and physical and occupational therapists. New Hope Elementary is a part of Whitfield County Schools.
