My husband and I purchased a dining room suite from Shaw's Furniture Palace in Dalton Georgia and I must say it was the worst experience that I have ever had with a place of business. The delivery took 2 Weeks not the promised 6day delivery. The order was totally wrong and I mean totally ,wrong table wrong server. Forget about trying to talk to Ramin she does not provide satisfying customer service and in fact does not accept responsibility for the botched order , she actually puts all blame on you the customer. She is of the opinion you take what is delivered to you even though it' s NOT what you ordered and prepaid for. I don't recommend this business to
