I would like to thank you and your company and staff for a very pleasant experience. We love our new cabinets and are glad we chose Wood Hollow. We have pretty much remodeled every single room in our home and look forward to recommending your company to others!

We used wood hollow at the recommendation of a friend and our experience was not a good or caring one at all. When we went in to pick out the design of our cabinets, Nikki was wonderful and helpful. She didn't push us to do more than we wanted. She was very helpful. When it came for the time to install them that is when we had a lot of problems. The installer was sloppy, cutting big jagged holes around our plumbing. He attached the cabinets with dry wall screws without counter sinking or pilot hole drilling. He split the wood in places and we had dry wall screws exposed at the bottom of every cabinet. Doors were slightly crocked and not aligned. The cabinets themselves had been cut with a dull saw so all edges inside the cabinets were rough. The cabinets also were dirty and full of saw dust. We sent pictures and my husband ended up missing three days of work to over see the installation of the cabinets after sending them all back. When they brought them back they all came back just as dirty and with just as much sawdust in them. We had to send back two of the cabinets again. When those came back the same sawdust was still inside. Karen was of one help. She didn't care at all. She would say she would call us back on the issues and what the plan was but never did, We always were the ones having to track her down to find out the status of the reworked cabinets. The finished product finally looks really nice but it was a lot of my husband having to tell them how to do their job. I would recommend that if you use this company that you check everything that you get because they will try to push off sloppy work on those who not know what they are looking at. It would have been nice to have a call from the owner showing that he cared about the quality of product his company puts out.

This review is long overdue. Wood Hollow Cabinets made our long desired remodel become a reality. The end product is terrific, but the real key to our satisfaction in the people at Wood Hollow. They were professional in their approach and enjoyable to work with from start to finish. We rave about Wood Hollow at every opportunity possible.
