James T. came out on a Sunday to get my furnace working again. Professional, knowledgeable, personable. I am well pleased.

Yesterday when Connie called me to remind me that it was time for my furnace fall/winter check up, I had forgotten all about it. She was able to give me an appointment today.
Today Tom C. was sent to my home and my dogs barked at him once time then they "said " he was ok. He adjusted my furnace to where I was running as efficiently as possible. And replaced the filter.
I am so happy with Shanklin I wish that I had found them earlier.

We really appreciate the incredible service we've received, especially the maintenance checks to make sure our new furnace is working well. (Thank you, Dale, for also taking the time to explain our thermostat to me! I've got it now!!)

Tanner called ahead and with the photo he sent we knew exactly who to expect and when he would arrive. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Also he was very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him.
