I went to see Dr. Arcila but he did not even check my out. I had a sore throat so he just wrote a prescription for antibiotics and on top of that when I got to the pharmacy they could not even read the prescription they called his office FOR A WEEK but no body answer the phone or called them back.



I tried myself to call his office but no body answer the phone I do not even know why he is open for business if no body is going to answer the phone.



When the time comes to charge the insurance he charges for a physical visit even thought is just a regular visit.



HE IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND HIS OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR.
