The people here are extremely uneducated in their instruments, and the salespeople do nothing to help you choose your instrument.



I went to this store a couple of days ago in search of a guitar (beginning) and they hesitated to let me try the guitars. Eventually, I was able to test them out to see if I really wanted to buy one. After testing out 2 guitars, I was asked to clean them with a cloth due to the fingerprints that I left on them. This is not fair for the customer. Later on, I could see the guitars behind the counter. The lady told me, "What, now you're going to make all of them dirty?" and never allowed me to use one and proceeded to help other customers who came after me.



I would never recommend this place for anyone. These people are only after the money. I am creating a YellowPages account JUST so I may post this comment. If you want quality instuments, I would go to a specialist shop, and not a bunch of amateurs.
